On June 16, 2024, representatives of the NGO “Christian Front” took part in a demonstration for traditional, family values to counter the action planned by representatives of the LGBT community.
We can immediately testify to a certain progress in our joint struggle, because this time the bearers of destructive ideology did not manage to hold a single “parade” – their “event” was limited to a 30-minute stand near the “Teatralna” metro station. It is quite possible that the weather conditions had a decisive influence on the reluctance of the perverts to make a “move”, but we still believe that our position and struggle with you – both on the spiritual and physical fronts – played an important role in this development of events.
Christian values were defended by representatives of many organizations: from the well-known NGOs “All Together”, “Christian Front”, “Tradition and Order”, “Right Sector” to representatives of individual churches and organizations, as well as well-known journalists, public figures and military personnel. It is worth noting that the participation of the latter this year is particularly lively and active, which can be explained by the extremely hostile attitude of LGBT representatives towards the army, despite the attempt to present the army as “sharing LGBT values”.
It is also worth noting that the police surrounded the supporters of traditional values who gathered on Maidan Nezalezhnosti and tried to block the passage of the procession along the street. Khreshchatyk However, they did not succeed – due to the extremely large number of participants, the march took place anyway. At the same time, no one from the police blocked the “LGBT action”, on the contrary, they ensured their safety.
Thus, neither the rain, nor the police, nor any other factors prevented the true worshipers of the Creator from fulfilling their spiritual and civic duty, providing our country with a small but significant victory on the spiritual front – preventing a gay parade on the streets of holy Kyiv without any use of violence.
